Danny was FANTASTIC!! After calling several places who didn't have availability today Danny with Hard Knox Plumbing was able to be here within an hr and fixed the problem! Wasn't over charged and wasn't scared to get on the roof to access the clog!! Thanks again and will most definitely recommend!

Hard Knox plumbing came in with the best price for quality products. Danny installed my new water heater and relocated it to a new spot. Not to mention haul off of old water heater. I had 5 other companies come give an estimate and I had the best experience with Hard Knox. I would recommend to anybody looking for quality and trustworthy plumbers that use great quality products like Bradford White compared to Rheem like most others that came to quote. I got a bigger and better water heater for less money. I would highly recommend.

Jarrett was fantastic I called yesterday to tell him about the problem that my elderly client was having she was without a faucet in the kitchen he personally came to fix the issue today because the next available appointment would be next week. I'm always worried when I can't be there when someone that we don't know has to come in and I must say that my client could not have said more nice things about this young man. I first found Hard Knox Plumbing when I was seeking an alternative to the extremely high quote for a water pipe repair from one of the well-known/major plumbing companies in the area. Jarrett and Danny were incredibly helpful, kind and professional. They arrived at my home promptly to address my concerns. This team treated me like a person instead of a number. They gave honest pricing and did not try to oversell me on anything they didn't feel I truly needed to fix my issue. Despite it being a fairly dirty job, both Danny and Jarrett cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave me with a big mess to deal with afterwards. They performed excellent work and had my water back on by the end of the day...impressed is an understatement! Since my initial interaction with this company, I also had them install my new kitchen sink and new shower hardware. They arrived on time and completed the work efficiently.
